This is a research heavy process with agreed upon timelines, bi-weekly update calls, detailed search reports and complete candidate ownership for our clients until they deem a candidate unsuitable for the role.

Clients will benefit from a deep dive into the market using a research based methodology, and bi-weekly update calls. The majority of the fee is contingent on the successful completion of the search with an engagement fee to cover initial research costs.
This is a success-only solution conducted on an exclusive basis, utilized for searches where research is unnecessary. Generally for middle management positions in locations with an abundance of local talent where we can tap into our existing network to identify candidates.
